Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Certain products are non-returnable (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest standards for our customers, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Inkjet Cartridges & Laser Supplies (opened packages due to compatibility issues)
  • Printer Imaging Units (special order items)
  • Solid Ink Sticks (temperature-sensitive products)
  • Personalized or custom-printed items (including engraved desktop accessories)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for authorization – We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: Additional 2-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges of equal value, simply follow the return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. For exchanges of different value, we’ll process a refund for the returned item and you can place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (such as leaking inkjet cartridges or torn exercise books), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
